At Untouchd , we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple, quick, and transparent return process.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted for misprinted, defective, or damaged items.
- Report the issue within 15 days of delivery.
- For lost packages, file a claim within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.
- If confirmed as our error, we’ll replace or refund the item.
Return Conditions
- Eligible items must be:
- New or slightly used
- In good condition
- Unaltered, with original tags attached
- We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size or fit
- Items that are heavily worn, washed, or customer-damaged
Return Address
Please note, the return address will be provided to you after we approve your return via email.
Wrong Address
If you have provided us an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Return Shipping Fee
All return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, unless it’s due to a quality issue.
Untouchd is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return.
Size exchanges
If you wish to exchange items to a different size, sorry we don’t provide exchanges.
Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by the negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee’s name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
Refunds Processing
Refunds will be granted once we’ve received and inspected the eligible return item. Due to high warehouse volume, please allow 3 to 5 days for return processing.
Refunds to your original payment method will be made within 10 -12 business days upon receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you don’t receive your refund 15 days after returning the product, please email us immediately at support@untouchd.com.
Return Window
You have up to 15 days from the date you’ve received all your items.
Other Conditions
The item(s) and any accompanying free gifts must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
Swimwear, bodysuit returns can only be accepted if the hygiene liner remains intact.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment
Once the product is received please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If a product is defective or received incorrectly, we will be happy to provide a return shipping label.
